This Refund & Dispute Policy explains how refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made on Risk Clear AI. Our goal is to be fair and transparent while preventing abuse.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for purchases made within 7 calendar days if the analysis service could not be delivered due to a technical error on our side.
  • Refunds are not granted for: change of mind, incorrect document uploads, or results differing from user expectations. Our analysis is informational and not legal advice.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a request via the in‑app support contact with your email, order details, and a description of the problem.
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • If you believe there is an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly without a formal dispute.
  • Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We will provide documentation to the payment processor regarding service delivery.
  • Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be suspended.

5. Service Availability

  • Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third‑party service interruptions do not automatically qualify for refunds.
